Tasty cornflake chicken nuggets.
2 boneless, skinless blended chicken breasts
2 slices of white bread without crust
1/3 cup of grated cheese
1/5 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of red bell pepper spice
2 grated garlic cloves
Pinch of salt
1 cup of cornflakes, crushed into crumbs
Prepare cornflake chicken nuggets:
Soak the bread in the milk. In a large mixing bowl mix blended chicken breasts, grated cheese, garlic cloves, salt, red bell pepper and the soaked bread. Shape the chicken mixture into nuggets with moistened hands. Dip into cornflake crumbs. Bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes.
