Chicken burritos

Home made chicken burritos is easier to prepare than you think, tasty too!

6 burritos will need:

6 tortillas

Half of fresh cabbage

2 tomatoes

2 short stub cucumbers

400 g. / 14.1 oz. of chicken fillet

3 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon of red bell pepper spice

0.5 teaspoon of curry

Pinch of salt

Olive oil

Aluminum foil

For the sauce:

4 tablespoons of natural yogurt

4 tablespoons of mayo

2 tablespoons of tomato juice (yes, juice, not sauce)

3 garlic cloves

Prepare the sauce first:

Grate 3 of the garlic cloves, add mayo, tomato juice, natural yogurt in to a bowl, if needed add a pinch of salt. Stir and put in to the fridge.

Preparing the chicken fillet:

Slice the fillet in cubes. Heat up the frying pan with oil and add the fillet. Add spices, salt and grated garlic then fry for 15-20 minutes.

Preparing the vegetables:

Scald the tomatoes and slice in to cubes. Chop up the cabbage and cucumbers.

Rolling the burritos:

Lay down the tortilla. Spray approx. 1 tablespoon of the sauce you made first then add every of the prepared ingredients. Add another 1 or 2 tablespoons of sauce on top. Bend up the bottom, then the sides one after the other, cover the bottom with foil.

Preparing to roll

Heat up the oven to 200 C / 392 F. Cook for 10 minutes.
