Ground pork & tomato soup

For the day when you just want some soup – thick, fresh tomato soup with ground pork and pasta.
To make a pot of soup that is enough for a family of four, two adults and two children, you will need:
- About 300-400 ml. chopped tomatoes without skin
- A large carrot
- Half of small red pepper
- Small head of onion
- 150 gr. ground pork (or beef)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A good handful of your favorite pasta
- 750 ml. lightly salted broth
- 20 g. butter
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of ground allspice
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the grated garlic cloves, mix and fry for a few seconds
- Add ground pork. Sprinkle with salt, ground allspice, mix, fry briefly
- Add chopped onion and red pepper, mix and fry briefly
- Add carrot grated with a beet grater, mix and fry briefly
- Add the chopped tomatoes, stir and cover the pot with a lid and simmer for a few minutes
- Pour in lightly salted broth, stir, heat until boiling
- After boiling, add the pasta and cook for a few more minutes
