“Hawaiian” macaroni with pineapple, ham and cheese

A quick, tasty and hearty Sunday dinner in just 20 minutes – macaroni with pineapple, ham and cheese. You will like it if you like pasta dishes and feel sympathy for “Hawaiian” pizza.
To make a meal that is enough for a family of four, two adults and two children, you will need:
- 250 gr. macaroni
- 50 ml. lean sour cream
- 15 g. butter
- 1 tablespoon (plentiful) of cream cheese
- 100 gr. grated fermented cheese
- 100 gr. hot smoked ham
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small can of canned pineapple
- Salt
- Favorite spices to taste
- A few basil leaves
Instructions:
- First, according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, boil the pasta in slightly salted water
While the macaroni is cooking, prepare the sauce:
- Melt the butter in a pan
- Press in the garlic cloves
- Sprinkle with salt
- Fry for a few seconds and leave to cool until macaroni is done
When macaroni’s done – do the following with the sauce pan:
- Add chopped hot smoked pork ham, pieces of canned pineapple, mix and fry briefly
- Add a spoonful of melted cheese, add cream and heat until boiling, stirring constantly
- Add boiled pasta, grated fermented cheese, favorite spices, basil leaves
- Mix, heat for a few minutes and serve
