In a skillet, cook delicious tortilla roll-ups filled with ham and cheese.
- 4 tortillas
- 100g sliced ham
- 100g grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
- 50-80g breadcrumbs mixed with paprika
- Oil for frying
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cheese and sliced ham.
- Add in the mayonnaise and mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut each roll into 1-inch pieces.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
- Dip each tortilla roll in the egg mixture, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the tortilla rolls for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious ham and cheese tortilla rolls.
